  Please read and agree to the waiver from the church below (St. Alphonsus is part of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana). Sugar Valley Canoes will have us sign additional waivers when we arrive.
  
  I agree on behalf of myself, or my heirs, successors, and assigns, to hold harmless and defend the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana, its officers, directors, employees and agents, chaperones, or representatives associated with the event, from any claim arising from or in connection with my attending the event or in connection with any illness or injury (including death) or cost of medical treatment in connection therewith, and I agree to compensate the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana, its officers, directors, its employees and agents, chaperones, or representatives associated with the event for reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses which may incur in any action brought against them as a result of such injury or damage, unless such claim arises from the negligence of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana.

  Join SANCTUS Young Adults + Young Families and the Adventurers Ministry for a day of fun on Sugar Creek! We will be going to Sugar Valley Canoes, Ltd. and doing their 3.5 mile float trip.
  
  Monday, September 7, 2026
  7:30am Morning Prayer at St. Alphonsus
  7:45am Carpool leaves St. Alphonsus
  9:15am Arrive at Sugar Valley Canoe Trips, Marshall, IN
  10:00am Bus pick up at SVC for 3.5 mile float trip (2-3 hours)
  ~3:30pm Arrive back at St. Alphonsus
  
  Bring your own lunch and drinks. Bring something to share if you are able! We will be reserving a tube for a larger cooler.
  Please register below by Wednesday, September 2nd. Payment is not due until we arrive at Sugar Valley Canoes.
