Adoration & Worship Coordinator (part-time)
This position works within an experienced and skilled Evangelization team and reports directly to the Director of Liturgy and Sacred Music. The Adoration and Worship Coordinator will champion parish efforts with Adoration and other devotional celebrations. The coordinator will also oversee liturgical spaces and supplies while providing support to the Director of Liturgy and Sacred Music with implementation of parish prayer services and liturgical events. Collaboration with clergy, the Director of Liturgy and Sacred Music, parish staff members, and volunteers is essential. The successful candidate will be a practicing Roman Catholic who has a love for prayer experiences, is organized, attentive to detail, able to execute initiatives, and possesses strong communication skills.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in parish ministry required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Attentive to detail
- Strong verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and volunteers
- Well-acquainted with Church documents, Scripture, and resources
- Able to honor and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrates mature personal awareness for developing healthy and constructive relationships with fellow staff and parishioners
- Strong computer skills
- Practicing Catholic who respects and upholds Catholic Church teaching
- Able to pass and maintain diocesan child safety protocol
- Work 15 hours per week
- Able to work on a flexible schedule
