Full-Time Parish Finance Manager – Now Hiring
St. Alphonsus Liguori Parish is seeking a detail‑oriented, mission‑driven Finance Manager to join our team. This key role supports the life of our parish by overseeing bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting and the daily financial operations that help our ministries thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate parish financial records and reports
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with diocesan policies and internal controls
- Support the pastor, Leadership Team, and Finance Council with clear, timely financial information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA licensed professional preferred with 10+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience (nonprofit/parish experience a plus)
- Experience with Sage Intacct Accounting Software a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
